Exploration and Mining trials commercialisation bootcamp

   Lewis Atkinson, Meat and Livestock Australia, was selected as the facilitator and he introduced participants to the four Ps of the innovation paradox (product, process, perspective and people). His mantra - 'you only get what you want to do because the rest of the world lets you do it'.

Judging by participants' comments, the trial was highly successful. A few examples were:  

- 'Could easily see how to apply to my current projects'

- 'Learned lots about commercialisation'

- 'Failure Case Study was great'

- 'I learnt a lot – key message to remember, have the end in mind'.

 
Many of the other comments echoed the take home message of the workshop, to start 'with the end in mind'.
